Custom Products!

Many times my creative juices get flowing from my surroundings.  We vacation in Hilton Head about every other year.  This year we spent our week in the ‘Sea Pines Plantation’.  It was a lot of fun and the pictures I brought home were absolutely gorgeous!  I had to create some custom paper and die cuts for our vacation scrapbook.  Here you go!  I hope you feel like you just left the island.  Let me know if you need any for your books too!  Contact me at just_add_photos@yahoo.com

Loads of fun!

I had my first hand at creating soft sugar cookies coated with royal icing.  It was so much fun!  I tend to do the same thing over and over again, like most.  But, this was a new item to add to my list of many things I do.  Here’s the product!  It turned out great and the recipient just loved it.    I’m also including the card that was made for the occasion.  So the moral to my story today is, don’t hesitate to try something new, it just might be fun!

Happy Friday,

Cathy

All things Seniors!

I had the wonderful opportunity this fall to work with a couple of High Schools and making locker medallions for them.  One was near Indianapolis and the other was right here near Mason.  I thought I would share them with you!   Thanks so much to the mom’s for letting me share in their Senior projects!!!!

The sky is beautiful this morning.  The red, rust and yellow colors just inspire creativitiy!  I love fall!

As promised, here are the vintage cards from my spirit pak posted yesterday.  I hope you enjoy them.

Busy as a Beaver!!!

Oh yes, it has been over a month since I last blogged.  I’ll get into the swing of it.    I just finished up an auction basket for a local high school.  What fun that was to create spirit items for the parents to bid on!

As you can see, there was a complete 8.5×11 scrapbook, a set of vintage cards, some post-it notes and a couple of spirit notebooks to tote around.  Oh, I almost forgot – a French Fry box in their school colors that they can use to give a gift to a friend with.   The pinwheel on the pixie tube added the heighth it needed since it seemed short and squatty.

I hope the winner loves this as     much as I did to create it!

I can’t wait to show you the vintage cards.  That will come next!

Have a great day!

Cathy
